SOAR operates a computer center that provides access for children in the tutorial program and adults desiring to improve their technological skills.  

Future plans call for the development of a Technology Assistance Center (TAC) that will offer "startup" non-profits and small churches technology assistance in developing their day to day management operations and financial procedures.
